You are strongly recommended to have suitable holiday insurance in place at the time of booking. In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your holiday, the following will apply:
If more than 28 days before arrival, your deposit will be forfeit. If any balance payments have been made we will be happy to provide a full refund of that sum paid.
If less than 28 days but more than 14 days before arrival, your deposit will also be forfeit. We would provide a refund of 50% of your remaining balance paid.
Less than 14 days beore arrival, your deposit will also be forfeit and your full balance also cannot be refunded.
Please note that depending on the exact circumstances of the cancellation we may be able to refund more than the above.
This would be entirely at the discretion of Wight Diamond Holidays and will take into account whether the booking can be re-made in full or part and assigned to a new guest.
Any amendment requests will be considered on an individual basis with due consideration to the circumstances and availability.
We will inform you if this is the case.
